The founder of the Institute as well as of Gazit International Polygraph School, Mordechai Gazit was also one of the founders of Israeli Polygraph Examiners Association (IPEA), its charman from 2007 to 2009, and a member of Association (IPEA), American Polygraph Association (APA), AND British and European Polygraph Association (BEPA). Owning a BA degree in psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Gazit have gained an experience of over 40 years in conducting polygraph examinations and directing polygraph lab, formerly the Israeli Police Polygraph Academy director and active Chief Director of Israeli Police Polygraph labs. Since the 1980s, he has been testifying as an expert witness in Israeli courts.
Eran Gazit, of blessed memory (1971-2022), Another founder and director of the Institute, and a senior teacher of Gazit International Polygraph School. He owns a BA degree in economics and political sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA degree with excellence from Israel's Open University. He has been a polygraph specialist for over 20 years, serving as an expert witness in Israeli courts of law and publishing articles on polygraph in the world's leading journals in this field. He also has a long experience in starting polygraph labs, training examiners, and implementing polygraph in governmental bodies all over the world. He is a member of the APA, IPEA and BEPA. Eran is the IPEA (Israeli Polygraph Examiners association) president since 01/2020.
MEIR SHIR
An experienced polygraph specialist Shir has served as questioner and interrogator in Israeli security agencies for over 30 years. He is a certified polygraph examiner and a member of APA, IPEA and BEPA, and an accredited expert witness in Israeli courts of law. He conducts polygraph examinations in Hebrew and Arabic.
An owner of BA degree in criminology from Bar Ilan University, Pablo Maldonado has a 1-yeart long experience as an interrogator. A polygraph specialist, and a member of APA, IPEA and BEPA, a private investigator licensed by Israeli Ministry of Justice. He conducts polygraph examinations in Hebrew, English and Spanish.
An owner of BA Degree in economics and Middle Eastern history from Tel AVIV University, and an MA degree from Bar Ilan University Law School, specializing in mediation and conflict settlement. Serving in Israeli Army's Intelligence in a variety of field duties, he was promoted to colonel. Retiring from the IDF, Gershon held a variety of security-related jobs and field duties, as well as civilian executive dfuties, for 17 years, in Israel's Prime Minister Bureau both in Israel and in other countries. A graduate from polygraph examiners' training of Gazit International Polygraph School, he conducts polygraph examinations in Hebrew, Arabic and English.
YAAKOV FRIDLANDER
An occupational psychologist, and a polygraph specialist for nearly 20 years, a certified polygraph specialist, and a highly experienced in training and instructing polygraph examiners all over the world. He also serves as an expert witness on polygraph in Israeli courts of law. A member of APA, IPEA and BEPA.
VICTORIA SHCKLOVSKY
Victoria Shcklovsky, An owner of BA degree with honors and a specialization in criminology and law enforcement from the “Open University” in cooperation with “Beit Berel College”. A graduate of "Gazit" the international polygraph school. Conducts polygraph tests, interrogations and investigations in Hebrew, English and Russian languages.
